1. How long does a pre-ordered item take to become available/restocked?

2. My order includes an item in stock and a pre-ordered item. When will my order be shipped?
Orders that include both a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available. If you would like to receive your items separately please place separate orders, removing the pre-ordered item and your order will be shipped expeditiously and within our regular processing times. We sometimes offer discounted shipping to our customers to have items delivered separately. Please reach out to our team to see if that option is currently available.
3. My order includes an item in stock and a pre-ordered item. May I pick up part of my order and have the rest shipped to me?
Yes, you can! Please continue with checkout and select your appropriate shipping method. Once you have completed check out please send our customer service team at luluholisticscanada@gmail.com and inform us of your order number and your intentions of partial pick up. Our team will respond with instructions on picking up readily available items asap.
4. The wait time for my pre-order item is long. May I cancel my order?
Even though there are many benefits to pre-order items, there are also drawbacks. We understand that the wait times can be extensively long. We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. However, if your shipping/delivery address changes during the waiting time of your pre-order, please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to accommodate any changes. Our team will also hold any orders at our warehouse if you are unable to accept your order when pre-order items become available.
