Order Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 12 hours - 10 business days, though there may be delays depending on product availability and volume. Please note this does not include pre-ordered items. You will be contacted should there be any significant changes or delays to your order. Getting your order out as soon as possible is super important to us and our team will always make it a top priority.

Shipping & Delivery Methods

We ship through Canada Post, FedEx and Purolator, and FlashBox for deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will receive an email notice when your Canada Post, FedEx and Purolator order ships, with a tracking number for each package. Shipping times vary according to the destination of your package. We use a local ‘last mile’ courier company for many orders across the GTA to deliver your stuff as quickly as possible! Once the order has been dispatched to the company they will contact you to let you know your order is on the way! You will receive an email notice with the estimated delivery date from our team when your order is shipped through FlashBox.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

We offer Free* Shipping for online orders with a product subtotal of $120 or more. Delivery for the Greater Toronto Area* (GTA) is a standard $13. All other orders' shipping costs are available at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your items. Free in-person pick-up is available in Mississauga Monday to Saturday.
