The average processing time for orders placed is 12 hours to 10 business days (Even sooner). If an item is listed as pre-order, it means the item is out of stock, however, we are waiting for stock to arrive. Keep in mind that items are being shipped from our US location and can take an extended amount of time to arrive. We estimate that pre-order items can be refilled within 15 business days, however this is not guaranteed. Your satisfaction is important to us; if you have any questions, please contact us.

SHIPPING

Shipping is conducted through local delivery, Canada Post and FedEx.

Tracking information is provided once payment is confirmed.

LHS Canada is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with shipping
• Products marked delivered by Post Office according to tracking. Kindly contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
• Lost or stolen packages

WRONG ADDRESS/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that he or she enters the correct shipping information. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a small window to cancel/change your order or change your address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us. We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we can do so.

Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we can either re-ship the package to your correct address (additional shipping charges apply) or provide you with a refund of less than a 20% restocking fee of the final order total.

Bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping options.

Bulk orders are considers orders that have a quantity of 10 or more items for a single item. For example: 10 Almond Body Butters.

REFUSED PACKAGES

All refused packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total.
