All items are non-returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable. All sales are final. If you need to cancel a paid, unprocessed order please get in contact with us immediately and a store credit will be issued to you.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged item(s) kindly get in contact with us and include your order/receipt number along with a photo of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Lulu's Holistic Body Conscious Butters and other products with a whipped consistency are prone to melting in extremely warm or hot conditions. Product may melt down to its unwhipped consistency during shipping. Place in a cool area away from heat and ensure that you are keeping track of all orders. LHS Canada is not responsible for melted products and will not provide a refund or exchange.
